In the first place, it is important to provide the stock with labels with a barcode. This barcode is (for the stock 'living material') a batch number that is automatically assigned by WinTree. With a barcode scanner (wireless batch-scanner, PDA or connected to a keyboard) these articles can be scanned. In WinTree these order lines will directly come in an order and can then be further processed, with the choice to park a sales order, print or settle a wishlist or invoice. If it concerns retail sales as well as settling landscapers, then WinTree can automatically manage that for the landscaper an invoice on name is printed and for the retail sales a general receipt.
If the stock items also contain 'dead materials', such as soil, tools and fertilizes, of which the packages are provided with a 13-digit EAN-barcode, then these barcodes can also be imported and processed via the scanner. Even the in- and outgoing packing can be processed with the help of scanning.
